Hello! My name is Kristine Vincent and I will be the new 3rd grade teacher at EverGreen Academy this year. This will be my second year teaching at EverGreen, and I can’t wait to meet my new students!
My teaching career started at Miami University in Oxford, OH, where I earned my bachelor’s degree in Education (grades K-8). Upon graduation I moved to Michigan where I taught 3rd grade until I had my own children. I was fortunate enough to stay home with them until my youngest started Kindergarten. During that time, I attended the University of Michigan for graduate courses in Education. In 2006 we moved to Wisconsin. I taught for several years in Brookfield in the Elmbrook School district where my children attend school, and then at Apple Ridge Academy in New Berlin.
I have several years of experience in the classroom as a teacher. I have taught grades 4K through middle school and love something about every grade level!
A little about my family life…this year, my daughter Sydney will be a Junior at Brookfield Central High School, and my son Zachary will be starting his Sophomore year at Brookfield Central. Sydney is very involved academically with AVID and Spanish Honor Society, and Zach is very involved academically as well as BCHS Football. This is a very exciting year for all of us.
Along with Sydney and Zachary, I am very lucky to have 4 other wonderful children in my life. My fiancée, Ben, has added his daughters Skylie and Averie, and sons Brekyn and Trevyn to our household. I also have a bunny named Luna. She is a lop eared rabbit. We are a big family when we are all together, but it is always fun.
I am very excited to see everyone at EverGreen Academy. Please stop by and say, “Hello!”
