Parent Teacher Conferences & Sign up

EverGreen Academy's Parent Teacher Conferences slips are coming home now. Please look for this form and sign up a time to meet with your child's teacher(s). Parent Teacher Conferences are scheduled for Thursday, Nov. 21 from 12:00 pm - 7:00 pm and Friday, Nov. 22 from 7:30 am - 2:00 pm. These conference are mandatory for all parents of students at EverGreen Academy per the Family Handbook. We would love to chat with you and your student about their academic progress and what amazing students they are. Please reach out to your teachers if you have not received anything about scheduling a conference with them. Elementary will NOT have classes on Thursday, Nov. 21. Middle School will be in session on Thursday and dismissed at 1:00. Conferences will start for them at 2:00-7:00. We look forward to seeing you on either Nov. 21st or Nov. 22nd.
