Mrs. Mindy Ramig

My name is Mindy, and I am one of the 2^nd grade teachers here at EverGreen Academy. I graduated from Cardinal Stritch University in 2014. My previous experience includes teaching 4^th grade and kindergarten, as well as, tutoring at Gateway Technical College’s Academic Support Center.

Teaching truly brings me joy and is my passion! I strive to make students feel valued by building authentic, meaningful relationships. My goal is to, through Love and Logic and Growth Mindset, create a safe and loving environment that encourages each student to do their personal best. I am passionate about reading and do my best to make it fun, exciting, and engaging.

I was born and raised in Racine but have also lived in Oregon, Florida, and South Carolina. I am married to my wonderful husband, Mike. We have two amazing teenagers, two relentless dogs, and one lazy cat. In my free time, I enjoy reading, crocheting, crafting, and spending time with my family and friends.  

I am looking forward to a year full of learning and laughter.
