Mrs. Stephanie Romero

My name is Stephanie Romero, and I’m excited to be part of the EverGreen Academy family! I have been teaching at EverGreen Academy since 2021. I was born and raised in Racine, Wisconsin. After graduating from high school, I attended the University of Wisconsin–Parkside, where I earned a Bachelor of Science in Biology.

In my free time, you'll often find me at the gym, shopping, or enjoying the outdoors whenever I get the chance. I also enjoy spending time with friends and family, staying active, and cheering on my favorite sports teams. GO BEARS!

I believe learning should be both challenging and enjoyable. My goal is to make fifth grade an engaging, fun, and academically rigorous experience for every student who walks through my classroom door. I enjoy bringing my energetic and goofy personality into the classroom because I believe laughter helps create a positive environment where students feel comfortable taking risks, asking questions, and being themselves.

By incorporating Love and Logic principles and fostering a growth mindset, I encourage students to build confidence, embrace challenges, and reach their full potential both academically and personally. I am grateful to be part of the EverGreen Academy community and look forward to creating a positive, supportive, and memorable learning experience for every student.
