Mrs. Shanae Abbott

Hi there! My name is Shanae Abbott and I am so honored to be a Kindergarten teacher at EverGreen Academy. I was born and raised in Milwaukee, WI. I went to college at UW-Parkside in Kenosha and transferred to Herzing University in Kenosha, where I graduated with a Bachelors of Science degree in Healthcare Management. I am currently striving to receive my early childhood teaching credits.

I started as Evergreen's K-2nd teacher assistant and was determined to become an early childhood teacher because I enjoyed it so much. As a teacher, I want to ensure that children receive their optimal education at EverGreen Academy by keeping them engaged with hands-on learning and preparing children for the real world. I am a kid at heart so having the opportunity to connect with children comes natural to me.

In my free time, I love to spend time with my daughter Bella, my husband Thomas, and our dog Roger. Some of our favorite things to do together are playing games, watching Disney movies, and going on road trips! I am so excited to begin my teacher career at such an amazing and caring school and create great memories! Go Eagles!
