Ms. Natalie Dorey

Hello everyone! My name is Natalie Dorey, and I am the elementary school Physical Education teacher here at EverGreen Academy. In addition, I am the Athletic Director and assist with coaching volleyball and basketball at the school.

I graduated from Columbia College in 2018 with my bachelor’s degree in Sports Management.  My experience growing up playing multiple sports and my studies after high school helped me learn that being a good physical education teacher is not only about teaching students how to move their bodies and apply those skills to sports, but also teaching teamwork, leadership, respect, responsibility, and perseverance.

I absolutely love sports - coaching, training, playing, or watching.  About 99% of my free time is usually spent doing something sports related.  I am a huge Milwaukee Bucks, Wisconsin Badgers, Chicago Cubs, and Green Bay Packers fan. 

In the case I am not doing anything sports related, I enjoy spending time with my boyfriend Wade, whether that be camping, hiking, disc golfing, being outdoors.

I truly find joy in having a positive influence on young people and helping them develop confidence and discover activities that they enjoy. I am looking forward to a great year!
