Ms. Perry Leffler

My name is Perry, and I am the elementary music teacher at Evergreen Academy! I graduated from Millsaps College in 2022 with my bachelor's in music with a concentration in vocal performance and doubled minors in education and psychology. After college, I started teaching at a small k-12 school, where I taught for 3 years before moving to Evergreen. 

I was born and raised in Jackson, Mississippi, but I lived in Prairie du Chien before moving to West Allis. In my spare time, I love to hang out with my dog, Mercury, and boyfriend, Joey, and I love to read! Fun fact: I write my own music! Some of my music has been recorded and released!

My favorite thing about teaching music is sharing my love for music with my students and watching them grow as young musicians. My goal is to encourage music learning in a safe and welcoming environment. I am very excited for this school year and all the music making!
